Gradebook Template Filler

Template: حساب مخرجات التعلم - ثقافة إسلامية
Placement: names and IDs into النصفي, midterm into E:J, quiz into الاختبارات القصيرة, project into المشروع, final into النهائي. Formula/report sheets are not manually edited.

What should I paste in the text snippet?

Option A — Best: full data

  • Paste the student roster: full name + university ID.
  • Then paste Blackboard sections for the assessments you have:

This mode puts each assessment into its matching tab exactly.

Option B — Works: midterm + final overall

  • Paste the Blackboard midterm snippet.
  • Then paste the registrar table with:
  • الاسم الكامل
  • الرقم الجامعي
  • الدرجة النهائية

This mode calculates missing marks as overall - midterm and splits them across quiz/project/final while respecting max marks.

Option C — Easiest: paste anything + AI Cleanup

  • Paste messy text from Blackboard, Excel, PDF, WhatsApp, or mixed notes.
  • Click AI Cleanup.
  • The AI only reformats/extracts. It should not invent missing marks.
  • Review the cleaned text, then click Generate Excel.

Best when the snippet is ugly but still contains names, IDs, grades, or DN.
